The BCU Lifeguard committee is pleased to announce the date and time of the 2015 Annual Consultative Meeting (ACM).
It will be held on the 19th September at 1830 hrs. For the first time in the history of the Committee the meeting will be held over conference and video links rather than face to face. This will mean those not able to attend the meeting in person will still be able to partake.
This is to tie in with the two training sessions that are also being held the same day at Gosport and Liverpool.
At this stage the following roles are up for election;
The Chairman, Development Officer and First Aid Officer are due next year as part of the two year cycle.
Nominations for the above Officer roles should be received by the Secretary 7 days before the meeting (12th September) via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please title your email “ACM – Nomination”. Nomination should be supported by a proposer and seconder.
Dial in and video conference details will be published nearer the time for the meeting along with an Agenda and details of any nominations received.
